Nick has over 30 years’ experience of dealing with litigation and dispute resolution. He initially studied law at the University of Westminster.
Nick has spent a significant part of his legal career working in the City, including at Top 200 and Legal 500 recognised law firm Bristows, where he worked in the Commercial Litigation Team. Nick was then Head of Litigation at a leading Essex-based practice.
Nick joined Pinney Talfourd in May 2018 and became a partner in 2019.
Nick is the head of the Commercial Litigation team at the firm, and deals with a variety of business and private clients in cases involving disputes and litigation in the commercial sector.

Nick has extensive experience of mediation to settle claims at an early stage, and also of taking cases through to trial including the steps necessary to get to that stage.
He has a number of well-known clients in the banking, finance and insolvency sectors, and connections with some of the best-known litigation funders for situations where funding a potential claim might be important. He instructs some of the best-known chambers and counsel in their fields.
Nick is a leading and highly experienced lawyer in his chosen field. He deals with both complex and high-value cases.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys following rugby, fly-fishing, training and working his gundog, and spending time with his family and friends. He is a member of CAMRA.
