Lucy Willis is a Private Client Executive in our Private Client Team and is based in our Upminster office. She has over seven years’ experience in Private Client law, having previously worked for a firm in Southend-On-Sea.
Lucy has worked closely with various members of the Private Client team. At present, Lucy currently assists Matthew Edwards and Cansu Hussein with Court of Protection work, dealing with clients who lack mental capacity.
Lucy’s experience involves assisting with the drafting of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the general management of Deputyship and Power of Attorney clients.
Lucy is a CILEX Paralegal, undertaking her CILEX Advanced level exams.
