Amy studied law at Anglia Ruskin University, graduating in 2016 and achieving first class honours.
Prior to joining Pinney Talfourd as a Trainee Solicitor in 2023, Amy worked as a Paralegal for Essex County Council’s legal services team. She has also gained experience in private practice in private client and litigation.
Amy has extensive experience of providing advice in relation to the assessment of charges for care fees and how local authorities assess the charging and recovery of these in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and the Care and Support (Charging and Assessment of Resources) Regulations 2014.
Amy has recently qualified as a Solicitor.
