With effect from the 1st May 2024, Kristian Croad, Head of Trusts within our Private Client team has been promoted to Partner.
Kristian joined Pinney Talfourd in 2007 and is a highly regarded member of the team. His knowledge, passion and expertise in Trust work is second to none and his commitment and dedication to Pinney Talfourd has led to this very deserved promotion.

Kristian studied his law degree at Bournemouth University, graduating in 2003 and completing his Legal Practice course in 2004. Qualifying in 2006, Kristian joined Pinney Talfourd in 2007 and is one of our longest standing members of staff.
His vast expertise covers wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and trusts – where he dedicates the majority of his time.
