Free Court of Protection Seminar in February

We have revamped our popular seminar schedule and are hosting a new free seminar focused on issues relating to dementia.
Over 850,000 people in the UK have Dementia; this figure has been estimated to rise to 1 million in 2025. Dementia can lead to you not being able to make your own decisions. Did you know that a simple document – a Lasting Power of Attorney – nominates a person to make financial or healthcare decisions on your behalf?

If you have a loved one with Dementia there are specific factors to consider. Ensure you have everything in place in the event they suffer a loss of capacity. This seminar will cover Wills for care fee planning, LPA’s, when you may need to apply to the Court of Protection and the process and obligations involved in such an application.
Join our experts at this free presentation followed by some free tailored advice over a tea or coffee afterwards.
