Siraat Rangari

Siraat Rangari studied law at the University of Greenwich, graduating in 2016, before completing his Legal Practice Course at University of Law in 2019. Siraat completed his training contract at a firm in North London and has since worked at London and Essex based Legal 500 firms.

Siraat joined Pinney Talfourd in 2025 and focuses exclusively on Private Client and Court of Protection work.

Siraat drafts straightforward and complex Wills incorporating Trust provisions. Siraat has also assisted his clients by preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney to ensure that their future wishes are carried out.

Siraat has extensive knowledge on Court of Protection Health & Welfare having previously worked on contentious matters relating to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguard appeals and personal welfare orders. Siraat also has a Court of Protection approved Mental Capacity (Welfare) Accreditation making him an Accredited Legal Representative (ALR). This allows him to act as a litigation friend for vulnerable individuals in Court of Protection Health & Welfare appeals.

Siraat is also focuses on Court of Protection matters relating Property & Financial Affairs, assisting Matthew Edwards and Cansu Hussein.
