Remyhs Baker studied law at the University of Kent graduating in 2008. After graduating Remyhs worked as the accounts executive for a London Based office solutions company, completing her LPC at BBP London in 2012.
Remyhs worked at a prominent London Legal 500 and Chambers firm, Hodge Jones & Allen LLP initially working in the personal injury and civil liberties departments then in the family department as a paralegal. Remyhs qualified as a solicitor specialising in family in 2017.
Remyhs joined Pinney Talfourd in 2019, joining the Brentwood team. She was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2022, and Senior Associate in 2025.

- Represented mother in application at the High Court for a Collection Order of a child as the father failed to return the child after contact and there were safeguarding concerns.
- Acted for father in contested children act proceedings involving ongoing criminal proceedings in respect of serious allegations of domestic abuse.
- Representing a father where the mother’s intractable hostility was alienating the children from him.
- Represented a mother in contested child arrangements order proceedings in which mother alleged physical and emotional abuse of her and child by the father.
- Acted for a couple adopting their nephew where the birth father refused consent.
- Representing a father in contested children arrangements order proceedings in which there are allegations of mental health concerns, domestic abuse, drug misuse and abuse risks of harm to the child.

- Represented a mother in a complex child case which ultimately required Guardian involvement acting for the child and social services to issue proceedings due to the serious allegations our client raised.
- Acted for wife in contested divorce and annulment proceedings in the High Court involving 2 marriage ceremonies in Pakistan and issues surrounding Sharia Law, and the presumption of marriage, where assets were estimated to be more than £3million, including two properties and business interests.
