Emma qualified as a CILEx Lawyer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in June 2023, after completing her Level 6 Higher Diploma in Law and Practice at CILEx Law School. She was admitted as a CILEx Litigator and Advocate obtaining higher practice rights and rights of audience in August 2025.

With over a decade of experience working in law firms, Emma has developed substantial expertise in dispute resolution. She joined Pinney Talfourd in January 2023 as a litigation paralegal and progressed to her current role as a lawyer in the firm’s Commercial Litigation team.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

On a personal note, in her spare time Emma likes to take her dog for long walks and likes to go kayaking. Emma also like to travel abroad with her family.
