On Wednesday 24th April, Pinney Talfourd hosted a ‘Curry & Bingo’ themed, charity fundraiser at the Tandoori Lounge in Hornchurch.
Over forty guests enjoyed a delicious two course meal, freshly prepared by the excellent chefs at the Tandoori Lounge.
In between courses, Residential Partner, Anica Holderness took charge of the Bingo wheel and called the numbers, in three exciting games of Bingo. Each ticket Bingo sheet sold, went straight to the charity and guests were able to win some fantastic prizes.
Parkinson’s UK
Last May, the staff at Pinney Talfourd selected Parkinson’s UK to be their charity of the year. Parkinson’s UK fund research into the most promising treatments, working towards finding a cure for those affected. They also provide support for those who suffer from Parkinsons disease.
All profits from ticket sales and funds raised on the night through Bingo, will go directly to the Havering and District Branch of Parkinson’s UK.
