With this in mind, we have designed an Employment Law retainer scheme which offers unlimited advice on everyday HR issues. It has been expertly designed to provide ongoing support, guidance and legal assistance to help your business navigate employment law challenges.
Our retainer scheme is an open-ended contract for an agreed annual fee. You can pay us monthly and, after 12 months, you can cancel it with just three months’ notice.
Direct access to expert advice from experienced employment lawyers within our Legal 500 (UK) recommended employment team provides a proactive way of dealing with issues that arise in the workplace, potentially avoiding incurring further legal costs in defending claims brought by employees. We pride ourselves in working with our clients rather than for them. You will always receive the very best, most appropriate advice for your situation. Clients who have signed up for the scheme, will also benefit from discounted rates for advice outside of the terms and conditions of the scheme.

WHAT DOES THE RETAINER SCHEME INCLUDE?
Our retainer scheme includes:
- Unlimited access to our experienced employment lawyers via telephone and email for decisive, commercial advice on everyday HR issues.
- A review of your existing template/model employment contracts and staff handbook on commencement of the retainer scheme to ensure that they are fully compliant or provide a template contract and handbook if there are no existing documents in place.
- Supply template documents in relation to a number of day-to-day HR issues including disciplinary and grievance, sickness absence and redundancy letters.
- Schedule optional quarterly face-to-face or virtual review meetings in order to catch up on developments within the business and discuss any ongoing matters.
- Our Quarterly Employment Law Bulletins – to keep you updated on changes in employment law which may impact your business and to provide you with expert advice and case studies.
- A discounted rate for advice outside the scope of the retainer scheme, including Employment Tribunal claims.
